Pay by Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Apple Pay (through Stripe, an online secure payment system).
Receive two email confirmations immediately: for registration/payment; a confirmation with zoom link.
Receive reminder emails with zoom link 1 day and 1 hour before each webinar. REMINDERS WILL COME FROM ZOOM.
FAQs
Can I buy a ticket for one webinar in the series instead of the whole series? No. Tickets are only sold by series.
How will I know if a webinar is canceled? We will be able to communicate by email with everyone who is registered.
When will I get my zoom link? You will receive an email with a zoom link right after you register. Please check your junk mail/spam if you don't receive them. And… you will receive a reminder with the zoom link 1 day and 1 hour before each webinar. .
What if I can't attend one of the workshops? If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to forward the link to someone else to use (just remember, it will only work on one device at a time).
Can I share the zoom link for a webinar with others? No. The zoom link will only work on 1 device at a time. BUT:
Two or more people can watch on the same device at the same time.
And, if you unable to attend one of the online webinars, you can send the link to someone else to attend.
How do I get a refund? There is a cancellation button at the bottom of the zoom link. Click that, then send us an email at tlifelonglearning@gmail.com to request a refund before the start of the series.
Will you share my personal information? No. TLL takes your privacy seriously. We do not share our email lists or give out any of your personal information.
